If you are women in danger of a crisis, you’ve felt lost or lonely at least once a day.  You are used to an over scheduled calendar.  You begin to dread each day not knowing how to fill you “free” time.  You feel bored with your new routine and often feel lonely in a quiet house.  You think it’s too late to learn something new or you’re too old for dreams - so you snuff out any ideas that come.

You may have been told to pull up your big girl panties by well meaning friends and family.  You may have tried to talk to your spouse about your feelings of restlessness.  But you truly feel there is no one who can help you think clearly about your future and move past feeling stuck.

I can help you move from dreading each day, to believing your best years are ahead.  You will let go of your past and create an exciting future.

It is my honor to walk with you through your midlife journey.  I am confident that together we can discover what will give this season meaning and purpose for you, and start believing that your best years are ahead.

Coaching policies were developed to make the best use of our time together, and give you the maximum growth.

My coaching days are Tuesday and Wednesdays via a zoom call.  Once date/ time is decided upon, that is your time slot each week.  

Payment is due prior to the first coaching session.  

Coaching packages will be completed within the package time frame; 3 month within 14 weeks, 6 months within 26 weeks and a year within 54 weeks.  

24 hour notice is required to reschedule a coaching session.  Canceling a coaching session on the same day will result in forfeiture of the session. Not showing up to a scheduled session within 10 minutes will cancel and forfeit the session.
